Relaxation Massage

A calming full-body massage with long, flowing strokes and gentle to moderate pressure, designed to ease everyday tension and help you fully unwind.

Relaxation massage uses long, gliding strokes, gentle kneading and a steady rhythm to help the body and mind slow down. It is our go-to treatment for stress relief and a full-body reset after a busy week.

What to expect

Your therapist works through the back, shoulders, neck, arms and legs with comfortable, even pressure. The focus is on letting go rather than working deeply into knots — tell your therapist if you would like more or less pressure.
